With over 20 years of experience in the luxury watch industry, Luxuria Watches Pty Ltd (ABN 72 615 771 447) is one of Australia’s most experienced and trusted buyers and sellers of luxury Swiss timepieces. Our aim is not simply to sell you a watch — it is to build a long-lasting relationship built on trust, quality and integrity. We look forward to doing business with you.

Luxuria Watches operates from Suite 207, Level 2, 375 George Street, Sydney NSW 2000 and holds a NSW Second-Hand Dealer Licence issued by NSW Fair Trading under the Pawnbrokers and Second-hand Dealers Act 1996 (NSW). We are open Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm, viewing by appointment only.

Luxuria Watches sells authentic Swiss watches and will trade or buy your used watches. We are not affiliated in any way with Rolex, Cartier, Panerai or any other brand of watch we sell. We are not an authorised dealer or distributor of any watch brand.

2.  Payment Policy

Luxuria Watches accepts the following payment methods only:

• Bank transfer (EFT) to our nominated business account
• Visa credit card
• Mastercard credit card
• Visa or Mastercard debit card

All orders are accepted on the basis that payment is made in full prior to delivery or collection. All watches remain the property of Luxuria Watches Pty Ltd until paid for in full. The retailer reserves the right to amend listed prices and specifications without notice and to withdraw any item at any time without prior notice to the customer.

3.  Quality and Standards

All our watches are tested thoroughly to the highest standards before being offered for sale. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality watches and services — and we stand behind every timepiece we sell.

4.  Warranty

All watches sold by Luxuria Watches are covered by a full 3-month warranty from the date of purchase. Vintage watches are also covered by a 3-month warranty for your reassurance and peace of mind.

The watch movement is covered under our 3-month warranty against mechanical faults arising from manufacturing defects or pre-existing conditions.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by inappropriate use or mistreatment of the watch
• Damage to bracelets, cases or watch crystals/glasses
• Damage caused by water or moisture entering the watch due to handling error
• Normal wear and tear

5.  Returns Policy

All of our watches are covered by a 72-hour return policy from the date of purchase or receipt of delivery.

To be eligible for a full refund under this policy:

• The watch must be unworn during the 72-hour period
• The watch must be returned in exactly the same condition in which it was originally sold
• The watch must be accompanied by all original documentation and packaging provided at the time of sale

Watches will only be accepted for return if they are not as described or have a fault. The cost of return postage is not the responsibility of Luxuria Watches — return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer at all times.

6.  Insurance and Transit

All watches are fully insured during transit when sent to you. Once the watch has been delivered and signed for, it is your responsibility to arrange suitable insurance cover for the item under your own policy.

If you wish to return an item, it remains your responsibility to arrange suitable insurance cover for the watch during its return transit to us at all times.

7.  Selling a Watch to Luxuria Watches

When selling a watch to Luxuria Watches, the seller confirms and warrants that:

• They are the legal owner of the watch or are fully authorised to sell it on the owner’s behalf
• The watch is not stolen, is not subject to any security interest, charge or encumbrance, and is free of any competing claims
• All information provided about the watch and its history, provenance and condition is accurate, complete and not misleading
• They consent to Luxuria Watches recording their personal information and transaction details as required by NSW law
• They understand and acknowledge that transaction information will be provided to NSW Police as required under the Pawnbrokers and Second-hand Dealers Act 1996 (NSW)

All watches purchased by Luxuria Watches from members of the public will be held at our registered business premises for a minimum of 14 days before being offered for resale, as required by the Pawnbrokers and Second-hand Dealers Act 1996 (NSW).

Payment to sellers is made exclusively by bank transfer (EFT) to a verified Australian bank account in the seller’s own name. Cash payments to sellers are not made under any circumstances.

8.  Identity Verification

As a licensed second-hand dealer, Luxuria Watches is required by law to verify the identity of all persons selling goods to us. Photo identification (Australian passport or driver’s licence) is required for all buying transactions.

Personal information collected for identity verification is retained in accordance with the Pawnbrokers and Second-hand Dealers Act 1996 (NSW) and our Privacy Policy. Transaction information is submitted electronically to NSW Police as required by law.

9.  Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Luxuria Watches’ liability in connection with any watch purchased is limited to the purchase price of that watch. Luxuria Watches is not liable for any indirect, consequential or special loss or damage of any kind arising in connection with any transaction.

10.  Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
